2009 Annual Scientific Meeting
"This year, our 3rd Annual Scientific Meeting was held in Winnipeg on October 2nd-4th in conjunction with the Scleroderma Society of Canada?s (SSC) annual meeting. This year, there was a lot of interaction between the patients and the doctors, the rheumatologists had the opportunity to ask questions to the patients and vice versa.
Once again this year the students and trainees excelled at presenting their projects during two poster sessions: one for the patients and one for the researchers and doctors.
Thanks to the wonderful collaboration that?s been ongoing for 6 years between the SSC and the CSRG, we were awarded the CIHR 2009 partnership award.
